Widely used for dyeing nylon tapes, decorative ribbons, elastics, handbag straps, backpack shoulder straps, shoe laces, and similar items.
Integrated operation from dyeing, steaming, washing, to tape outlet makes the unit an ideal solution.
Features
Equipped with an imported automatic tension device to maintain webbing balance for bright, pretty, and level color dyeing.
Capable of dyeing narrow fabric of extra small width of 550 mm, as thin as netted yarn and as wide as safety belt and heavyweight belt.
Atmospheric steamer at temperature of 105 °C, high temperature of 200 °C, with 40-60 m long travel of narrow fabric in steamer for level color dyeing.
Ladder-to-ladder or parallel design to save energy in washing and rinsing unit; direct and indirect heating in washing tank to ensure product brighter and not fading.
Important parts such as rollers are constructed using anti-corrosion stainless steel, durable and with low depreciation rate.
Rollers use wear-resisting rubber, pressed by air cylinder.
Roller width available in 400 mm, 600 mm, and 800 mm.
Customers can choose between high speed continuous high temperature narrow fabric dyeing machine or high speed continuous room temperature narrow fabric dyeing machine.
