Overview
This device can automatically assemble by welding and placing precisely plastic and different foam forms used in packaging industry.
Operation principle: by automatically picking up the foam or plastic pieces then momentarily placing them over a hot plate, causing the surface to somewhat melt and then quickly placing them over the receiving part, which would weld them together.
This robot can assemble three-dimensional pieces quickly and at a high production rate.
The robot has vertical movement, side movement, and lowering movement to achieve the complete sequence.
