Description

  1. Overview
    1. Production line for the production of high quality underpads, embossed.
    2. Machine constructed in accordance with relevant regulations in force and particularly with the machine directives 2006/CE.
    3. Supplied with whole technical documentation and relevant use and maintenance manual.
    4. CE brand.
    5. Machine direction from right to left.
    6. Machine color is light grey, RAL 7035.
    7. Machine will be supplied ready to produce a total of 3 (three) underpad sizes.
  2. Production Speed
    1. Maximum 160 m/min.
    2. Up to 170 pcs/min (size medium).
  3. Unwinding and Feeding Groups
    1. Group for non woven unwinding and feeding: one unwinding system with two pneumatic axis; automatic splice; max. external roll diameter 1000 mm; material buffer; one material guiding system with steel base and automatic guiding system; one set of idle rolls for material in-feed; one hoist with A.C. motor for roll feeding (non woven and poly); installed at 90° off the line.
    2. Group for polyethylene unwinding and feeding: one unwinding system with two pneumatic axis; automatic splice; max. external roll diameter 600 mm; material buffer; one material guiding system with steel base and automatic guiding system; one set of idle rolls for material in-feed between take away and belt at exit of drum forming; installed at 90° off line.
  4. Pulling, Embossing, and Folding
    1. Pulling/embossing unit: positioned before longitudinal folding; two lower steel rolls joined by a belt; two upper rolls with embossing design diamond pattern; one pneumatic system granting material pulling with constant tension.
    2. Longitudinal folding: web fed into longitudinal folding station; products folded in C on machine direction.
    3. Final pulling unit: positioned before final cut; two lower steel rolls joined by a belt to a fixed arm with fixed contrast rollers; one upper roll rubber coated; one upper roll joined by a belt to a movable arm with contrast rollers; movable arm assures correct feeding of products into final cutter; one pneumatic system granting material pulling with constant tension.
    4. Final cut unit: positioned between final pulling unit and in-feed into stacking system; one special blade designed for long life and reduced noise; one counter blade roll system to adjust gap between blade and counter blade.
  5. Hot-Melt System
    1. Hot-melt applicator: Nordson; complete with 1 tank MX Nordson original with 4 pumps, 4 hoses (2 for each gun), hot melt guns and supports.
    2. Poly: continuous coating.
    3. Nonwoven: continuous coating.
  6. Mechanical and Electric/Electronic System
    1. General transmission: each module has its own motor and is independently controlled by inverter; communication between modules is ethernet; format change is immediate and easy.
    2. Electrical features: electrical system supplied complete with main panel mounted on main frame of the machine.
