Description

  1. Project Scope
    1. 100 tons fully continuous palm oil refining and fractionation.
    2. Provide process flow diagram, equipment layout diagram, equipment basic diagram, pipeline diagram, and electrical schematic diagram of the plant.
    3. Responsible for theoretical and practical training of user operators.
    4. Provide the main equipment and auxiliary equipment in the plant (refer to the equipment list).
    5. Complete the design, manufacture, transportation, installation and guide the installation and debugging of the equipment, piping and electrical equipment.
    6. Not included in the scope of supply: auxiliary system engineering (such as factory water supply and drainage, fire protection, roads, greening, sewage pipes and wastewater treatment, etc.).
    7. Not included: buildings, foundations, equipment foundations, building embedded pipe fittings, and equipment lifting devices.
    8. Not included: intermediate cleaning device, outdoor oil floor (tank).
    9. Not included: main distribution and high-voltage substation sections, emergency power supplies, lighting and lighting lines.
    10. Not included: transportation, unloading and hoisting of equipment.
    11. Not included: paint and insulation materials.
    12. Not included: raw materials, auxiliary materials, water, electricity, steam, etc., and daily raw material use during debugging.
    13. Not included: water, oil and gas pipeline materials, valves, wires and cables, bridges or pipes, operation and maintenance platform materials and installation consumables (such as welding materials, oxygen, acetylene, cutting sheets, etc.).

  2. Process Design
    1. All workshop process designs shall be completed within 15 days after the contract takes effect.
    2. Equipment procurement and production will be completed within 90 days after the contract takes effect.
    3. All project installations will be completed within 90 working days after the completion of construction.
    4. Project debugging for 20 days.
    5. Total construction period is expected to be approximately 200 working days, taking into account the intersection of civil construction and construction periods.
