Overview
Semi-automatic mattress compression rolling machine specially used for the compression and rolling production of the mattress after the film bag is covered.
Compresses the mattress into a smaller volume and rolls it for easy storage and transportation, saving costs.
Two types available: adjustable roll caliber and fixed roll caliber.
Adjustable roll caliber: can be adjusted according to the size and requirements of the mattress; suitable for compression and rolling of different sizes of mattresses with high flexibility and adaptability.
Fixed roll caliber: has a fixed roll caliber; suitable for compression and roll of a specific size of mattress; usually suitable for the continuous production of mattresses of the same size on a production line.
Technical Specifications
Applicable packing type of mattress: pocket spring mattress, spring mattress, foam mattress, latex mattress.
Outlet diameter range (adjustable): 200 to 550 mm.
Outlet diameter range (fixed): 250/270/320/340/420 mm (customized).
Use of packing material: PE bag.
Mattress length range: 1900 to 2200 mm.
Mattress width range: 800 to 2100 mm.
Mattress height range: 50 to 450 mm.
