Overview
Calcite coating die: uses a special runner design and high-precision coating die head to achieve accurate coating on low-viscosity fluids in very thin dry film conditions, ensuring product uniformity.
Closed-loop narrow slit coating die: achieves upper and lower closed-loop precision adjustment, can be switched manually or automatically on-line, and supports continuous and intermittent coating to ensure consistency of transverse surface density.
Adjustable slit coating die: designed to fine-tune product thickness through elastic deformation of the die runner surface by means of bolt adjustments.
Slit type coating die: controls product thickness by shim change, opening the material flow to form a continuous coating; by controlling the position and movement direction of the slit die head, the coating can be uniformly applied to the substrate surface.
Roll-on, non-scratch coating die: through the die, the active substance slurry is evenly coated onto the collector fluid; commonly used in lithium, electronic coating and pcb industries; the scratch-free coating head is the core component in the coating field, achieving uniform coating for the coating slurry; customised design of key parts such as cavity flow and runner lip according to the rheological characteristics of the customer's slurry; equipped with a variety of adjustment methods.
Slit coating die: offers excellent coating performance as the stable coating solution is uniformly distributed from the conveying system through the inlet flow to the shaping zone of the die head before reaching the outlet and finally the substrate, accommodating a range of different viscosity solutions and solids simultaneously; by closely controlling the flow rate of the solution and the relative speed of the substrate, the slit coating is easy to control in the thickness range of 10 nm to 100 microns and can be changed with different thickness shims or fine adjustment devices.
Automatic cast film die: incorporates a heat insulation device to reduce heat conduction; internal or external deckle can be equipped selectively; incorporates multilayers feedblock to control each layer's uniformity and percentage; die can conduct fine-tuning by expansion bolts after receiving accurate feedback from thickness gauge; efficiently and quickly controls product's absolute preciseness when receiving accurate feedback from thickness gauge; efficiently tolerance at +1% to get the best uniformity of film by thermal expansion bolts; suitable for the highest precision film.
Single layer multi-layers cast film die: half-half style die design with streamlined channel surface is easy to dismantle and clean; manual or automatic push and pull type lip fine device can meet the needs of different thickness products with effective die width making up to 10000 mm; can be used to produce single, multilayer co-extrusion cast film products and also pp, pe, pvb, eva cast films with corresponding extruder; cpp, cpe, pvdc, eaa has evh and pa barrier film, often used in food packaging, stationary film, adhesive film and preservative film etc.
