Double lattices for holding the fiber webs and four trolleys for web movement. Specially designed trolley and trucks for stable and reliable running. Two low friction, high strength, anti-static and light conductive carbon conveyors. Transfer lattices are made of light weight lattice and have automatic edge control. The bottom lattice is aluminium. Main lattice driving roller is made with carbon composite, and the ends of axes are especially strengthened. Lattice is equipped with pneumatic tension device and low-pressure device. With automatic alarm and stop, to avoid the belts slipping or damaging. Transferring and reciprocating is controlled accurately by a high-end servo system. The machine has five servo motors for accurate control enabling it to achieve web evenness.
