Overview
This machine completes a web bonding and finishing system which is part of a complete nonwoven process.
Normally this machine follows the side cutting and suction immediately after with cutting section.
The web airlaid/cross lapped and cutting and suction unit would be fed into this machine, which is preliminary bonded.
It is to melt the low belt fiber thoroughly and thermal bond the fiber into felt, then feed into the finish section.
The heat flow can be adjusted in all the chambers ensuring the right amount of heat flows deep inside the fabric.
The web is clamped into the heating room through teflon belt according to the set spacing, and dried through hot air, which plays a role in setting and solidifying the fabric.
