Incorporate international new PLC computer programming technology, frequency conversion speed regulation, automatic electronic brake, touch man-machine interface operating system, using coreless rewinding molding system.
PLC is used in automatic rewinding, automatically send the finished product, immediately reset the rewinding, automatic trimming, spraying glue, sealing synchronization. Instead of the traditional waterline trimming, the new trimming and sticking technology is realized, and the finished product has a 10mm-20mm paper tail, which is easy to open and use. No paper end loss is achieved, thus reducing costs.
PLC is used to tighten and loosen the finished product in the rewinding process to solve the phenomenon of loose paper core caused by long-term storage of the finished product.
The cylinder is automatically loaded, and the paper holder is the frame, which can be separated from the main machine head.
The size of the paper roll, the degree of softness and hardness, the function of the paper tube can be adjusted.

Packaging Machine
This machine integrates automatic paper feeding, automatic material sorting, bagging and sealing. The machine is connected with the front-end rotary and automatic paper cutting machine to realize on-line continuous production, only need manual bagging, and the finished product is automatically sent out after packaging.
The machine incorporates the servo motor control mode: push paper into the bag, with the material sorting and mining machine servo motor structure, simplify the adjustment steps.
