Production speed: optimum depends on drawing-in width, pattern design, quality of weft yarn material, weft yarn packages, warp quality, and speed limitations of the shedding motion; additional limitations possible depending on configuration.
Warp Preparation
Technical advice: warp beam must be appropriate for the weaving process, hard wound with an even perimeter over the whole width; winding should not build up or decline in the selvedge area; winding hardness must be consistent; all ends and tapes need constant tension over the whole width; warp beam width must be adapted to the reed width.
