Portable ATP hygiene monitoring system for implementing and managing a hygiene monitoring program.
Uses the progressive QuickSwab surface test to evaluate hygiene levels of tested surfaces in seconds, with results visualized on screen.
State-of-the-art technology; user-friendly, flexible, and accurate quality monitoring system.
Adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) is a molecule found in and around living cells (animal, plant, bacteria, yeast), providing a direct measure of biological concentration and health.
ATP is quantified by measuring light produced through its reaction with naturally-occurring firefly luciferase using a luminometer; light produced is directly proportional to the amount of living organisms present.
Swab Types
QuickSwab: simple-to-use, all-in-one, pen-sized sampling device with pre-moistened swab offering accuracy and precision for many industrial applications.
LiquSwab: easy-to-use ATP liquid test; available in free and total formats.
LiquSwab free measures dissolved ATP (non-microbial ATP) in liquid.
LiquSwab total measures both free ATP and microbial ATP in liquid; difference between total and free indicates microbial contamination.
How It Works
Measurement procedure is easy to learn.
Test data can be printed via Bluetooth printer or exported through data export software on PC for documentation.
Data export software is an easy-to-use analysis tool that comes free with the system.
Applications
Food processors: cleaning control during production and processing; evaluating disinfection of packaging; testing microbes of finished products and materials; monitoring hygiene of processing environment.
Health care: superficial inspection of hospital major departments; hand cleaning checks of medical staff; medical equipment cleanliness and disinfection inspection; cleanliness testing of hospital environment.
Food service: cleanliness control of kitchen, dishes, operating cartons, and tools; evaluating disinfection of dishes; disinfection control of airline catering dishes; hygiene supervision for quality control departments.
Environment protection: evaluating biological pollution of water and wastewater samples; detecting contaminating microorganisms in soil, activated sludge samples, and similar.
Other industries: daily health products manufacture; quality supervision departments; hospitality industry hygiene management; port supervision, etc.
