  1. Overview
    1. Hemp cbd oil extraction principle: cbd oil content in all parts of hemp usually decreases according to the order of bracts, flowers, leaves, fine stems and thick stems, and the content of cbd in the flowers and leaves of female flowers is the highest, so the flowers and leaves are usually selected to extract cbd oil.
    2. Our developed hemp oil extractor machine (centrifuge machine) adapts new technology to make the extractor time short and efficient extraction.
    3. The extractor machine (centrifuge machine) has a jacket which can keep the inside ethanol solution with hemp raw material in low temperature.
  2. Main Equipment Of Hemp Cbd Oil Extractor Process Line
    1. Hemp grind machine: used to cut the hemp leaf, stem or flower into small particle, then packed the small particle hemp raw material into small bags.
    2. Ethanol solvent jacket storage tank: the storage tank with jacketed to cool the ethanol into low temperature, it is usual to reach as -60 celsius degree.
    3. Extraction centrifuge machine: feed the grind hemp raw material into the inside chamber and add the ethanol solvent to mix together, then extract the cbd oil extraction solution.
    4. Filter system: the cbd oil and ethanol extractor solution will be filtered, the particle and the chlorophyll color will be removed from the extractor solution.
    5. Evaporator machine: used to evaporate the ethanol from the cbd oil extraction solution, which is used falling film evaporator or single effect evaporator.
    6. Decarboxylation reactor: used for the cbd oil bypass product make reaction to get much higher output cbd oil.
    7. Short path molecular distill system: used to separate the cbd oil with other by-product to get high purify cbd oil products.
    8. Chiller system: low temperature screw chiller to cool the ethanol into very low temperature (like the temperature is about -50 to -60 celsius degree), which is used for the ethanol solvent storage tank and centrifuge machine.
    9. Air cooling type chiller: used for the evaporator machine and short path molecular distill system.
    10. Steam generator system: used to afford the steam energy for the evaporator machine and short path molecular distill system.
    11. Pipeline and transfer pump system for the whole system.
    12. Control system: controls the whole system running, which can make as manual operation control panel and plc/hmi operation panel.
