Functional Display
Equipped with a dual-purpose filling port capable of meeting filling requirements for various large-gram products.
One set is a pinch-type filling port of φ100 mm, primarily used for filling pillows, quilts, and other products.
The other set is a direct filling nozzle of φ70 mm, suitable for filling sofa cushions, pet beds, sleeping bags, and other products (customizable nozzle sizes available).

Uses high-precision sensors with adjustable accuracy within ±10 grams; uses an ultra-large hopper with a single weighing range of approximately 100 to 1200 grams, solving the problem of inaccurate quantitative filling in the home textile industry.
Storage box has two different capacity options: ±50 kg, ±100 kg. Equipped with 4 to 5 feed ports, allowing for simultaneous feeding of more than two types of raw materials and effective mixing. Storage box is equipped with an optical sensor that automatically feeds when there is no material.
Equipped with an electrostatic discharge device and a grounding wire. Depending on the region’s dryness and humidity requirements, you can choose to install a humidifier and an electrostatic elimination device.
Can be linked with the unpacking machine, cotton opening machine, fiber ball machine, and sponge shredding machine to achieve full automation in production.
PLC system allows product weight adjustment. Each filling port has two weighing cycles.
