High-frequency vibrating knife cutting technology: uses a high-frequency vibrating cutting head with no heat generated during cutting; smooth and burr-free edges with accuracy of ±0.1 mm.
Allows multi-mode processing such as straight lines, curves, hollowing out, and semi-cutting; can precisely handle irregular patterns and micro-hole arrays.
Intelligent feeding and positioning system: equipped with a servo-driven feeding platform (cutting speed up to 800 to 1200 mm/second) and vacuum suction or pneumatic foot pressing devices to ensure material is flat and free from deviation.
Uses visual positioning or laser alignment functions; automatically identifies material edges and marking points with positioning accuracy of ≤0.05 mm, reducing manual calibration time.
Multifunctional processing module: quick tool changing compatible with vibrating knives, circular knives, drag knives, and creasing wheels; achieves integrated operations of cutting, creasing, and punching.
Optional dust removal device can be equipped to extend tool life and keep the working environment clean.
