Pientak, Pocket and Bonell Spring Roll Packaging Machine, 2000mm Max Width, 250mm Max Spring Height (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Machine for packaging pocket springs, pocket springs, and Bonell springs in mattress sizes or smaller, such as furniture or armchair inserts, into rolls for transport and storage.
    2. The compression process of rolling the springs also stabilizes the height and length of the spring.
    3. The machine is available in various versions: automatic, controlled from the panel, or manual, controlled by buttons.
  2. Machine Image
  3. Basic Configuration
    1. The basic version of the machine includes a feed table, the main body of the machine where the roll is wound on the main shaft, a paper stand (2 rolls) for packing springs into rolls, and a roller discharge table.
  4. Included Components
    1. Pre-compression table (for the production of high springs up to a height of 250mm = 10 inches).
    2. Spring roller stacker (useful when stacking large and heavy mattress springs rolled into a roll).
    3. A pallet turntable on which four spring-loaded rollers are placed, coming from the stacker and rotating automatically for exit and collection by a forklift or pallet truck.
  5. Specifications
    1. The dimensions of the machine are engineered to process and compress the maximum dimensions of mattresses available on the market.
    2. Width of the rolled spring form 2000mm (78.7 inches).
    3. 250mm spring height (9.8 inches).
    4. The work cycle to produce one compressed roll (winding the roll, pushing it down, setting it down and rotating the pallet) takes about 5 minutes.
    5. The standard version of the machine without the stacker and turntable, the time the operator and (or an assistant in the case of large, heavy mattress rolls) have to set it up and place it on the pallet is similar.
    6. Production capacity of about 10 rolls per hour the machine at “cruise” speed.
    7. Hardness (compression) of the rolls is adjustable.
    8. The maximum diameter of a coiled roll is 700mm, and springs are typically coiled in batches of 10 to 12 pocket coils.
