Description
Overview
Spring unit roll pack machine (automatic), special production for max. 2100mm wide wrapping material and 1980mm processing capacity spring unit roll packing.
This machine is used to reduce storage and transportation costs by wrapping spring carcasses in roll form. It also eliminates the risk of springs collapsing during use.
Machine has 2000mm wide rolling system. The processing capacity width will be a maximum 1980mm.
Control And Operation
Plc controlled operation control panel.
Tft screen with touchpad.
Drive speed adjustment control.
Output digital counter.
Ability to adjust pressure according to the feature of the spring to be wound.
Determining and counting the number of spring carcasses to be wrapped.
Ability to align spring carcass feeding unit.
Spring mat feeding range signaling system.
Warning system when the desired quantity is completed.
Automatic stop system at the end of coating material.
Wrapping And Feeding Specifications
Coating material feeding unit coil holders with air shaft (Ø 76,2 mm / 3").
2 rolls of the same or different sizes can be attached to the coating material feeding unit. (Optional feeding unit can be increased optionally.)
Ability to attach coating material rolls with a maximum diameter of Ø 1000mm.
Paper roll table will be able to hold two pieces and each one should be max. 1000mm diameter.
The recommended roll diameter for winding is 500mm.
The maximum roll diameter that can be wrapped is 650mm.
Automatic attachment of the coating material to the winder roller.
Automatic cutting and hotmelt gluing system at the end of wrapping the coating material.
Automatic feeding unit for spring carcasses.
Spring carcasses that can be wrapped (bonel, pocket standard spring carcasses).
Bonel spring carcass with a maximum height of 180mm can be wrapped.
Pocket spring carcass with a maximum height of 250mm can be wrapped.
Production Speed And Capacity
Production speed is given mechanically. The machine cannot adjust the speed automatically by itself for different process. It depends on the operator's experience. Generally affected to speed, constructions and quality of raw material, etc.
A maximum of 22 rolls can be wrapped in one hour. (For example; ability to wind 22 coils per hour in 5-piece windings for pocket springs) - (These quantities may vary depending on the types and quantities of springs of various sizes to be wound.)
Motor And Power
A.C. motor speed control drivers.
Total power; 10 kva transformer, 3p 220v +n+mp, 20.65 kw, 50hz input – 380v output.
Total air requirement; 6 to 8 bars.
Optional Equipment Included
Optional unloading, stretching and lifting system.
Optional weight measurement device and belt system for finished roll.
Optional barcode scanner (handheld, max. 10 digits).
Optional safety light curtain barriers (for both sides).
Optional 10 kva transformer, 220v input – 380v output.
Optional wrapped roll lifting and stretching system.
Optional barcode reader system. (Handheld and capable of reading a maximum of 10 number characters).
Optional safety light curtain barriers.
Additional Notes
Stainless steel side walls.
Optional safety light curtain barriers (300mm wide) installed for both sides of the machine.
Relocation of the warning lights will be placed on the machine for visible from everywhere for fast checking status of the machine.
Optional barcode scanner able to read max. 10 digits. Max. 400 different recipes must be inputted into the machine program by operator manually by his hand. Machine will pairing readed barcode with inputted recipe and work automatically. Operator must be sure for readed the correct barcode otherwise machine use previous barcode information. This barcode scanner will be handheld type.
Regarding item #3: This includes a rotary table on which a roll with springs is placed as it comes out of the machine and is set up by the setter. This table is needed to automate the production process where 4 rolls are placed; the employee does not have to struggle with placing the roll and moving it on the pallet. The operator only ties them together with strapping tape when taking them out with a forklift. This element is something to consider because it may not be necessary during recycling compared to the production of new spring plates where we focus on quality and appearance.
