Description Overview Suitable for grinding foam balls from 20 mm to 100 mm. Driven by four 1.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motors with dustproof devices on the motors. The upper mold uses a vertical lifting mode, driven by cylinders (Airtac brand cylinders). Grinding Wheel Molds Consist of four sets for rough grinding and four sets for fine grinding, totaling eight sets and 16 pieces. The mold motor is semi-enclosed, dustproof, and includes an automatic dust extraction device (2.2 kW bag fan). Each mold set has independent vertical adjustment, and the mold bearings use imported high-speed bearings. The grinding wheel can be replaced with grinding wheel dies of any size from 20 mm to 100 mm in diameter. You can configure multiple sizes of grinding wheel dies to meet your product needs. Making a 3.5” (88.9 mm) ball requires a 92 mm sponge cube. Electrical Components Relays use Japanese Omron and French Schneider brands. Control buttons use French Schneider brand.
