Produces 12 to 15 kg of cotton balls per hour. Cotton ball weight is controlled by the controller, ranging from 0.1 g to 2.5 g (determined by pipe mould). Changing size requires changing one pipe mould. Drum clutch can be adjusted; changeover takes only 20 minutes. Production speed is controlled by an electromagnetic clutch and adjustable via the controller.
