NovaStar, BT129, Oil Gas Fired, Internal Combustion Three Pass Structure (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Built with internal combustion three pass structure
    2. Decreases the temperature of exhaust smoke
    3. Improves heat utilization efficiency and thermal efficiency
  2. Operation
    1. Oil or gas fuel is atomized by the burner, forming the flame and filling the corrugated furnace
    2. The high temperature flue gas flows along the furnace to reversal chamber, then enters into the first tube bundle for the second pass
    3. The flue gas turns 180° in the front smoke chamber and enters into the second tube bundle for the third pass
    4. The flue gas then passes through the back smoke chamber to chimney and is finally exhausted to atmosphere
