NovaStar, BT131, Coal or Biomass Fired, Single Drum Water Tube, Chain Grate (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area.
    2. The two wings at furnace and screw fire tube in the drum are the convection heating area.
    3. Uses the upper drum, water wall tube head in symmetrical arrangement mode.
    4. The drum is welded assembly by cylinder and front back tube plate.
    5. Furnace structure is designed for high efficiency.
    6. Uses several environmental protective measures (bag dust collector, double tower desulfurization, etc.) to meet national emission requirements.
  2. Technical Characteristics
    1. Uses arched tube plate and thread smokestacks built into the drum; the drum structure is quasi-elastic instead of quasi-rigid, reducing the braced pieces of tube plate area and reducing the stress.
    2. Fire tube inside tube plate is single return instead of double return, preventing tube plate cracking.
    3. Ascension pipes are arranged at the bottom of the drum to prevent deposit buildup; the high temperature zone of drum allows for better cooling, preventing the drum bottom from swelling.
    4. Incorporates efficient heat transfer threaded pipe, strengthened heat transfer, then heats up and pressure boosts quickly, thus increasing the thermal efficiency.
    5. Stable operation, easy to adjust, strong steam output.
