Description
Design and construction
Uses horizontal type three pass structure and large furnace to guarantee sufficient combustion.
The large diameter double drum increases the radiant heating surface, sufficient output and high thermal efficiency.
The furnace wall is made of heat-resistant concrete and high-temperature resistant refractory brick for excellent leak proofness, no air leakage, low heat loss.
Key components
Equipped with an automatic chain grate.
The chain grate has a low coal leakage due to the design.
Equipped with economizer to make full use of the flue gas, decrease the exhaust smoke temperature, increase the thermal efficiency.
