AUTO MODE: IN AUTO MODE OPERATOR HAS TO SELECT RECIPE AND PRESS START COMMAND AFTERWARD PLC FOLLOW THE FUNCTION AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

STABILIZING: PLC ENSURE THE DOOR IS CLOSED, THEN PROCESS WILL START. WHEN ALL TEMPERATURE SENSOR REACH TO THE STABILIZING TEMPERATURE SET POINT AND STARTS CONTROLLING TEMPERATURE FOR WHOLE CYCLE.
STABILIZING TIME: AFTER REACHING STABILIZING TEMPERATURE, SYSTEM HOLDS THE PROCESS FOR THE STABILIZING TIME.
PRE VACUUM: AFTER STABILIZING TIME VACUUM PUMP START UNTIL VACUUM REACH TO THE SET POINT.
PRE VACUUM HOLD: WHEN VACUUM REACH TO THE SET POINT VACUUM HOLD TIME START AFTER VACUUM HOLD TIME PLC CHECK THE CURRENT PRESSURE VALUE WITH ALLOWABLE VACUUM TOLERANCE VALUE IF ITS FAIL THEN SYSTEM ABORT & ALARM WILL START DUE TO LEAKAGE FOUND IN PROCESS. IF IT’S OK WITHIN THE TOLERANCE THEN THE REST PROCESS CONTINUE.
RH INJECTION: AFTER VACUUM HOLD TIME RH INJECTION(STEAM INLET) STARTS FOR 5 SEC.
RH DWELL TIME: WHEN STEAM ENTERS THE CHAMBER, RH DWELL TIME START AFTER DWELL TIME PLC CHECKS THE HUMIDITY LEVEL WITH SET POINT AND IF IT FAILS, THEN AGAIN RH INJECTION WILL START FOLLOWED BY RH DWELL TIME. IF HUMIDITY LEVEL REACHES THE SET POINT PROCESS CONTINUE TO NEXT PHASE.
ETO GAS PRESSURE: AFTER RH DWELL TIME PLC START ETO (ETHYLENE OXIDE) INLET TO CHAMBER UNTIL IT REACH TO SET POINT.
ETO EXPOSURE TIME: AFTER ETO INLET EXPOSURE TIME STARTS AND PLC ALWAYS CHECK CURRENT PRESSURE VALUE WITH GAS PRESSURE DROP TOLERANCE DURING WHOLE EXPOSURE TIME. IF IT FAILS THE EXHAUST VALVE & ALARM WILL OPEN AND PLC ABORTS THE CYCLE DUE TO LEAKAGE FOUND IN PROCESS.
ETO EXHAUST: IF ETO EXPOSURE IS ABOVE THE ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE THEN EXHAUST VALVE OPEN AND CHAMBER LOSES ITS PRESSURE TO ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE. IF ETO EXPOSURE IS BELOW THE ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE THEN VACUUM PUMP GETS STARTED TO THE SET POINT (PRE VACUUM) AND AIR BREAK VALVE WILL OPEN UNTIL REACHING ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.
POST VACUUM: NEXT ETO EXHAUST VACUUM START UNTIL POST VACUUM SET POINT.
AIR BREAK: AFTER POST VACUUM AIR BREAK VALVE WILL GET OPEN UNTIL CHAMBER PRESSURE REACHES ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE.
POST VACUUM & AIR BREAK: PROCESS REPEAT FOR NO OF PULSE IS SET IN PARAMETER.
MANUAL MODE:
IN MANUAL MODE PLC WILL NOT CONTROL THE SYSTEM, BUT TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER WILL CONTROL THE HEATER AUTOMATICALLY. IN ALL OTHER PROCESS OPERATOR HAS TO SWITCH ON OR SWITCH OFF THE VALVE THROUGH SWITCH GIVEN ON CONTROL PANEL.
BUT IN MANUAL & AUTO MODE WILL NOT CONTINUE IF (1) DOOR IS NOT CLOSED (2) PNEUMATIC PRESSURE LINE (PNEUMATIC VALVE) CONDITION IS NOT OK.
DURING ANY STERILIZATION CYCLE FOLLOWING ARE VISIBLE LIVE ON THE MONITOR.
• A REAL-TIME DATA OF PRESSURE/VACUUM & TEMPERATURE VS TIME.
• DIGITAL DISPLAY FOR TEMPERATURES.
• DIGITAL DISPLAY FOR PRESSURE/VACUUM AND HUMIDITY.
