HERE IS A RARE PROJECT - AS WE HAVE UN-EARTH A CLASSIC WOOD FIRED PROBAT ROASTER. MOST LIKELY FROM THE 30'S THAT IS CAST IRON CONSTRUCTION- LIKE TOTAL CAST IRON FROM THE OLD WORLD. THIS IS A 60 KILOS AND IT IS COMPLETE AND BEEN OUT IN A BARN FOR MANY YEARS. THE BELTS ARE SHOT - OBVIOUSLY, BUT WE OPENED EACH SLIDE GATE AND EACH DOOR WITHOUT DIFFICULTY - AND WITHOUT MOVING THE STUFF PILED UP ON THE SIDE - I BELIEVE IT TO BE TOTALLY COMPLETE. NOW, WE HAVE A CREW THAT CAN BE SENT IN TO PUT IT ALL INTO A PROTECTIVE BOX/CRATE AND GET IT SHIPPED. AS I DON'T KNOW IT THIS SHOULD GO INTO A MUSEUM OR INTO A REAL VISIBLE ROASTING OPERATION - AS IT COULD BE RESTORED AND UPGRADED - EVEN ADD A GAS BURNER IF NEEDED - BUT FOR SURE, IT IS A PROJECT.
THERE IS LITTLE TO NOTHING TECHNICAL - JUST HAVE TO PUT IT TOGETHER AS EACH PIECE IS OBVIOUS AS TO WHERE IT GOES. THE BOLT PATTERNS WILL NOT ALLOW FOR SOMETHING TO BE PUT IN THE WRONG SPACE. FIGURE A FOOT PRINT OF 5' WIDE BY; 9' DEEP AND 7 FOOT TALL.

BUT THERE IS A FLEXIBLE RANGE.YOU PUT IN FROM 1.6 POUNDS TO 2.6 POUNDS AND CAN SET UP A PROFILE (OR RUN MANUALLY) SO THAT YOU CAN CONTROL AIR AND HEAT AND THE SPEED OF BOTH ALLOWING FOR AS FAST AS A 2 MINUTE ROAST FOR HIGH YIELD OR ADJUST TO NORMAL RANGES FOR MAKING INTRICATE STUDIES INTO CHANGING CONDITIONS OF PROFILING. EVERY DETAIL OF THE MACHINES INNARDS OR ELECTRICAL BOX IS ALL RELAY DRIVEN AND CONTROLLED.
