How does it work?

Panel + software + could manager platform

The panel can recognize and save the visitor's face image and body temperature when the person is close to the panel, within 21 inches.

The owner can access the recorded data and set the panel functions via the software and manage the platform.

What's the system function?

1. Automatic face recognition and feedback to the main panel.

2. Recognize and save the employee/visitor's face image and body temperature, and all of this information can be exported as an Excel form datasheet.

3. Can be used as an attendance control unit.

4. Can recognize the person whether they are wearing a face mask or not; and remind him to wear the face mask by voice broadcast.  This mode can be turned off.

5. High temperature voice broadcast alarm. Effectively isolates persons with abnormal body temperature.

6. Turn-key solution, easily set up, easy to use, with complete and efficient technical support.

How the panel control the auto gate?

Connect the 2 power cables to the panel connector, and make a set on the software.

Is the panel support other languages of text and voice?

Yes, at the moment has English, Italian and Japanese versions. If you need other languages and voice versions, this can be customized. There would be a charge of $500 for a one-time charge and we can return it back if we get your bulk order in the future.

How to get the recorded data of the panel?

The software which is installed in the computer can export the recorded data as an Excel form sheet.

Can it support customer's own software?

Available for most software. Our panel connects to our software by HTTP Interface Protocol. We can provide you the HTTP Interface Protocol information.

How much data can the software save? What will it do if the software storage is full?

Can save and record their face database up to 50,000 persons. It will automatically overwrite from the oldest data after it exceeds 50,000 persons, so that the storage can be recycled.

Can it recognize a person a wearing face mask? What will it do if the person does not wear a face mask? Does it support face mask mode and no face mask mode?

It supports face mask recognition, even when you don’t wear a mask when your face image is recorded in the software.

There will be a voice reminding the person to wear a face mask.

It supports face mask mode and no face mask mode, which can be turned on or off in the software interface.

What will it do if someone is high temperature?

It will show red temperature value in the panel screen and voice alarm if the person has high temperature.

If the panel can work as "employee attendance clock"? Can it record how many

hours the employee work?

It can record employee's on and off duty time, supports export the data as an excel sheet and an operating excel showing the employee working hours. Moreover, it is optional for the RFID and NFC.

Does it have CE/FDA/FCC or other certificates

?

It is a newly designed product and is good for marketing overseas.

What accessories / extras / designs can you

get? And can our logo be accepted on the product?

It supports a customized logos for a small additional fee.

There are also stands available for sale made of stainless steel. 

There is also a tripod stand available at a separate price.

What's the warranty or how to do if need after sale?

We suggest you buy an extra panel so that you can replace the problem panel in a short time. Also, you can send back the problem panels.

Can the panel image display on a large size monitor?

Yes, connect a large size monitor to the computer which can be in installed in the main office with your software and you can operate the software on your computer to display the image to a large size screen.

Can it support 4G internet? Does it have WIFI

?

Our standard panel comes without 4G module and Wi-Fi at additional cost.

What's the delivery time and shipping cost?

Standard panel 3 working days. Shipping cost is based on your shipping address.

No limited, all panels in a place can be managed by one computer.
