ALL THE GLUING MACHINES ARE ABLE TO WORK WITH ANY KIND OF MATTRESS

SIMPLY CHOOSE THE MATTRESS TYPE AND THE PARAMETERS ARE SET AUTOMATICALLY

 

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION (SEE CORRESPONDING DIAGRAM):

 

1. Feeding Silicon Conveyor – The desired layers are put on the conveyor according to reference bars: the system does not allow the gluing unless the layer edges do not touch the reference bars (for accurate positioning). In this section both the edge and center gluing is performed.

2. The operator in the 1st section come and put the felt on the stainless steel slider ramp, then when the glued foam from the 1st section comes below the slider ramp, the operator press the foot button and the slider automatically gets steeper in order for the felt to slide through the foam.

3. The layer from the 2nd section is sent to 3rd section with the glue on its edges.

4. The spring and side foams are put on the bottom layer, while this operation in progress upper layer of the mattress is being prepared in 1st section and sent to the 3rd section. After all two operators at this section take the upper surface and fix on the prepared mattress.

5. The mattress is pressed In order for it to have stronger bonding, this section also can be used as waiting section.

6. The two operators here firstly transfer the hotmelt glue with manual guns and fix the upper layer.

7. In this section the mattress flips.

8. The two operators here transfer the hotmelt glue with manual guns and fix the lower layer. After that they put the border fabric.

9. This unit is a Robatech Hotmelt gluing application system with 2 output pipes. Pipes are 5 mETERS long. The tank is 8 lITERS.
