  2. Main Structure
    1. This machine is made up of damping machine, pre-shrinking machine, and felt finisher.
    2. Damping Machine
      1. Constructed with loosing frame, feeding roller, water spraying, steam damping cylinder, center roller, etc.
      2. Moisture for the fabric (water spraying and steam spraying) to increase the soft and shrinkage before sanforizer.
      3. Water spraying device: the water is sprayed out into mist through sector nozzle and then the fabric is damped evenly.
      4. The steam damping cylinder: diameter Φ570 mm, stainless steel, max. working pressure 0.3 MPa makes the steam penetrate the fabric directly for the necessary moisture rate.
    3. Rubber Blanket Shrinking Unit
      1. To eliminate the potential shrinking stress in the fabric and achieve the shrinkage process.
      2. Diameter of supporting roller Φ616 mm, made from stainless steel, maximum pressure 0.50 MPa.
      3. Press roll, tension roll, guide roll are made from seamless steel tube with chrome plated surface.
      4. Grinding roll driven by separated motor.
      5. Press roll and tension roll are driven by separated motor.
      6. Emergency hand wheel to avoid rubber blanket damage in case of power cut.
    4. Felt Finishing
      1. To dry the fabric after sanforizing and keep the shrinkage effect and improve the hand feel.
      2. Felt blanket: 2200 g/m², width 2000 mm.
      3. Diameter of large drying cylinder: Φ2000 mm, material is carbon steel and the maximum pressure can reach 0.5 MPa.
      4. The felt drying cylinder: diameter Φ900 mm, material is carbon steel and the maximum pressure can reach 0.4 MPa.
      5. Center roller is controlled by photocell switch to control the felt motion.
      6. Double column structure with cold-water cylinder allows the fabric cooling quickly.
