Description Overview This is a card, cross lapper and needle punch production line. Card production range between 150 to 600 kilograms per hour, depending on type, denier, quality and mixture of fibers. The coarser the denier and the better the quality of fibers (i.e. virgin pes or virgin pp) the higher the output. Mainly used virgin fiber blends through this line: basically polyester and polypropylene fibers, both 100% or in blends. The deniers it ran went from 6 up to 25 denier. Lengths were from 50 up to 100 mm. Line made needlepunch felts, filter media, substrates, automotive and commercial needle punch carpets (for trunks, passenger floor, package trays).
