Line has a lot of flexibility due to its layout and design.
All fabrics can be made with a flat needle punched surface or finish.
Needle carpets can be either flat surface finish or structured finish, such as loop, velour, or patterned designs.
Specifications
Line has 2 needle looms.
Bywater, model: HKBN needle loom, 4060 mm wide, down stroke needle loom, max. 600 rpm, 77 needles per inch.
Second needle loom is a Dilo Diloop structuring loom, 4500 mm wide with hydraulic patterning device, down stroke, max. 1000 rpm, lamella table 3.5 mm.
Number of needles that can be put in its board at a single time: in the Bywater approximately 12,300 needles; in the Dilo Diloop approximately 25,200 needles.
