  1. Overview
    1. For the treatment of woven fabrics.
    2. Effects: rolling, glazing, luster, matte and softness effect.
  2. Main Frame
    1. Number of main rollers: 3.
    2. Fabric width: 2400 mm.
    3. Main roller width: 2600 mm.
    4. Main roller diameters: steel roll 500 mm, polyamide roll 510 mm, cotton roll 540 mm.
    5. Roll arrangement: top roll is steel roll (chromium coated), middle roll is polyamide roll, bottom roll is cotton roll.
    6. Max. linear pressure: 300 kg/cm.
    7. Heating system: steel roll includes internal heating system with thermal oil (200 °C).
    8. Installed power required total ca. 67.70 kW: main drive motor ca. 15.00 kW, winder unit motor ca. 2.20 kW, hydraulic unit motor ca. 7.50 kW, cooling unit motor ca. 3.00 kW, heating unit ca. 40.00 kW.
    9. Main rolls have been mounted on ball bearings of extremely good quality and the bearing cases can move upwards and downwards without any resistance by means of grooves located on backsides of bearings and thus maintenance process can be performed easily.
    10. Fabric opening system: eliminates wrinkles found on top of fabrics before rollers and ensures the fabric to enter the main roller as plain; also helps the fabric to enter printing process as stretched.
    11. Automatic cooling system: ensures the rollers in contact with steel roll working at high working temperatures not to be affected and damaged due to high heat; rollers are cooled by means of pipes connected to blow out fans having high flow rate; enables to cool various sections of the roller since its blowing-pipe can be adjustable.
    12. Seam detector: detects the seams of fabrics which may damage rollers and ensures to give temporary space between rollers and to return their former position after passing of seam through.
    13. Guidance rollers: two rubber coated directional rollers within the main frame.
    14. Static electric elimination system.
  3. Inlet Unit
    1. Inlet stretching: adjusts the stretching level of fabric within the machine (from inlet to exit).
    2. Metal detector: detects metal particles (pins, staples, etc.) which may be found on fabrics and ensures the machine to stop automatically for not damaging the rollers.
    3. Fabric edge holder (corrector): ensures the fabric to pass through the rollers continuously in straight form; detects fabric movements towards left and right sides by means of its circuit cutters (sensors) and brings the fabric to the central-position; can be adjusted according to fabric width.
    4. Guidance rollers: five rubber coated directional rollers.
  4. Winder Unit
    1. Winder unit puller: ensures the fabric which enters the winder unit to be warped on it.
    2. Expander: ensures the wrinkles of fabrics before being wrapped on the winder unit so that it is wrapped in a straight form.
    3. Dancer system: ensures synchronization between motors of the machine (between the main motor and winder unit motor).
    4. Pistons: two pneumatic winder unit lifting pistons.
    5. Guidance rollers: rubber coated directional rollers within the winder unit.
  5. Folder Unit
    1. Bundle pulling cylinder: ensures the fabric which enters the cylinder to be pulled.
    2. Guidance cylinders: rubber coated.
    3. Pressure cylinder: rubber-coated pressure-cylinder which helps the fabric-passage by applying pressure on bundle drawing cylinder.
    4. Swinging arms: folding length adjustment of fabrics is performed by means of the holes located on the arm.
  6. Hydraulic Unit
    1. Ensures to attain the requested linear pressure by means of pumps and hydraulic pistons connected to the unit.
    2. Automatically stops when the system reaches the desired pressure value.
    3. Hydraulic is controlled as PLC and existent value can be read from the electrical panel indicators.
  7. Control Panel
    1. All adjustments of the machine can be made and monitored by the PLC screen.
    2. Temperature control: the desired temperature value is adjusted and then resistances are started to operate; either an upper temperature limit can be set or a lower temperature limit, which is the start value of cooling unit, can be adjusted.
    3. Working speed of the machine and working direction of rollers can be adjusted; also working speed can be monitored.
    4. Following the fabric material passing through the machine.
    5. Pressure value can be monitored and hydraulic unit can be started automatically by setting the values.
    6. The machine-stop and start actions can be made.
  8. Electrical Panel
    1. Covers the drive systems of motors, contactors, fuses and other materials.
