Description Overview Fully hydraulically operated, suitable to grind all kinds of top rollers with surface finish and accuracy as per international standards. Designed for high accuracy, more productivity with less maintenance. Grinding Attachments Centerless grinding attachment for ring frame and speed frame with 200 mm wide emery automatically controlled by digital timer. Draw frame and comber rollers are ground between center with 25 mm emery. Taper grinding system is provided for comber detaching roller. Controls and Features Electronic timer is provided to set the time required for arbour grinding and for replacing fresh arbour to be ground. High efficient dust extraction unit provided. Production Capacity 275 to 300 top rollers of ring frame and speed frame per hour.
