    1. Complete soap production line starting from oil melting, saponifying, vacuum drying and cooling, milling soap noodles and refining continuously, then stamping into soaps.

  3. Material And Consumables For Producing Soap
    1. Oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (naoh), sodium-chloride (nacl), activated clay (sio2, al2o3, compound silicate), active carbon, fluorescent bleacher, titanium pigment, etc.

    1. Mix and melt oil → saponification → add other ingredients → vacuum drying → soap noodle → grinding → vacuum extruding → stamping/cutting.
