Three-roller mills
Three rollers in a horizontal direction grind materials twice by different speed.

Single-screw double-layer vacuum plodder
Vacuum plodder is used to grind, refine and press soap material into soap bar.
The above and below screws and two orifice plates press and refine the soap material and make the soap bar tight and the surface bright.
The motor and the reducer are separated, for long life-span and maintenance.
The below screw speed is adjustable to regulate the production capacity.
The vacuum chamber has a vision glass to watch the inner.
The vacuum meter tests the vacuum degree.
The heater inside the outlet adopts automatic temperature control system.

Stamping machine
The stamping machine is used to cut, shape and print the soap bar extruded from the former machine vacuum plodder.
It uses crank-link mechanism instead of worm-wheel, which eliminates vibration and improves productivity, increasing the productive capacity and prolongs the life-span.
This machine can produce round, oval, and quadrate soaps.
Connecting with a refrigerator to the stamping machine's mould, the soap is easily to demould, and the surface of soap is smooth and good-looking.
