Description

Overview
1. Automatically sews a finished shell for pillow ticks or decorative pillows from an open width roll of fabric.
2. The open fabric is doubled, then sewn down one side continuously with an overlock stitch, measured to desired length, cut, transferred 90 degrees, and the bottom of the shell sewn as it is moved through an overlock sewing station.
3. The sewn shell is then stacked.
4. The shell can then be moved to a blowing or filling station and after filling, the open end is sewn closed.
