Description

  1. Overview
    1. Bulk milk cooling unit designed to cool raw milk at village level co-operative societies to conserve milk quality and check micro organisms.

  2. Tank And Evaporator
    1. Tank inner, outer, and bottom dimpled jacket made of SS AISI 304 material, welded with TIG process.
    2. Inner shell and all other milk contact surfaces polished to minimum 150 grid finish.
    3. Evaporator is a dimpled pressed plate jacket at the bottom plate of the inner tank, with optimum design and large evaporation surface area for rapid and problem free cooling at all volumes of milk.
    4. All connecting pipes terminating outside the tank are of SS construction.
    5. Tank has a top manhole cover with locking arrangement for inspection.
    6. Milk inlet complete with specially designed no foam inlet and arrangement for easy cleaning.
