    3. Necessary thickness of the sheet has to be input at the control unit and can then be cut semi or full automatic.

    4. The cutting beam can be adjusted from -5° to +5° to ensure a smooth cutting.

    5. The blocks put on the cutting table have to have a flat surface to ensure the maximum adherence.

    6. Maximum block dimensions: width 2150 x length 5000 x height 1200 mm³.

  4. Regulations and Absorption

    1. Inside the factory building where the production line will be installed must have a winter room temperature between 18 °C and 30 °C.

    2. Flat bottom at the area where the cutting machines are placed.

    3. For its perfect running, the production line voltage needs three-phase electric power + neutral + earth 380 VAC; 50 Hz (other voltage/Hz on request).

  5. Important

    1. The voltage rating must not be subject to a +5% voltage drop in respect of the nominal value and the voltage unbalance among the phases does not have to exceed 3%.

    2. Be advised that a voltage unbalance of 3.5% causes a temperature increase of motors of about 25%.

    3. Therefore it is of the utmost importance that such unbalance is kept under strict control and to the minimum.
