Description Overview Roller width: 2200 mm Belt width: 2000 mm Fabric width: 1800 mm Heating media: gas fired Conveyor/belt: teflon coated, mesh type belt Length of hot section: 6 zones x 3 meters = 18 meters long Heating Zones 6 nos. heating zones, each 3 meters long, constructed from steel frames Each zone (3 meters long) has two blower fans (one for 1.5 mtr long) Each fan is 5.5 kW a.c. motor driven with inverter (vfd) controlled for variable air flow system Two sets of nozzles (for each 1.5 mtr) with holes for uniform air distribution system (from top of the fabric and bottom) Heating media (gas burners - to be procured directly) All guide rollers for supporting conveyor within the oven are from s.s. 304 construction Exhaust System Three sets of exhausts (each 3.7 kW) for 6 zones oven One exhaust for two zones, each exhaust is controlled by vfd (inverter) Conveyor System Conveyor system consists of ptfe coated mesh type conveyor with guiding and centralizing system Conveyor speed control is by vfd and can be synchronised with entire line through plc Electrical Control Panel Electrical control panel with necessary vfds for controlling hot air circulations and conveyor drive Plc and touch screen controls for fan blower circulation and synchronization of line Items Not Included Gas burners and its control system are not included in the present scope
