Description Overview Oven for coating machine Heating media: gas fired Gas burners and its control system are not included in the present scope Dimensions Roller width: 2200 mm Belt width: 2000 mm Fabric width: 1800 mm Length of hot section: 10 zones x 3 meters = 30 meters long Heating Zones 10 heating zones, each 3 meters long Each zone (3 meters long) will have two blower fans (one for 1.5 mtr long) Each fan is 5.5 kW a.c. motor driven with inverter (vfd) controlled for variable air flow system Two sets of nozzles (for each 1.5 mtr) with holes for uniform air distribution system (from top of the fabric and bottom) Heating media (gas burners - to be procured directly) Construction Constructed from steel frames All guide rollers for supporting conveyor within the oven will be from s.s. 304 construction Exhaust System Five sets of exhausts (each 3.7 kW) for 10 zones oven One exhaust for two zones, each exhaust is controlled by vfd (inverter) Conveyor System Conveyor/belt: teflon coated, mesh type belt Conveyor system consists of ptfe coated mesh type conveyor with guiding and centralizing system Conveyor speed control is by vfd and can be synchronized with entire line through plc Electrical and Controls Electrical control panel with necessary vfds for controlling hot air circulations and conveyor drive Plc and touch screen control for fan blower circulation and synchronization of line
