Description

  1. Overview
    1. Automatically controlled foam ild-ifd tester.
    2. 8” stroke variable speed dc drive lead-screw actuator and a load cell to provide required speeds and loads for ild (now ifd) testing.
    3. Internal linear position potentiometer sensor allows programmed tests to operate automatically, moving to required positions as required.
    4. Pc version has programs that are fully modifiable by you for specific application requirements; you can easily modify the program and save it for future use, or create a program for one specific test.
    5. Manual version operates in the same manner except that you have to manually operate the actuator, manually note the loads at the positions, and control the position and speed.
