NovaStar, DG608, Cabinet Hank Dyeing Machine, 100 kg to 200 kg Capacity, Stainless Steel (New)

Overview

1. Carrier type machine with 2 carriers in stainless steel and two trolleys having capacity of 100 kgs cotton yarn/hb acrylic yarn respectively.

2. Machine same as above but carrier type machine model VDC-IND with 2 carriers in stainless steel and two trolleys having capacity of 200 kgs cotton yarn/hb acrylic yarn respectively.

3. Capacity approx. 100 kg / 200 kg respectively ± 10% of 54" circumference cotton hanks or 65 kg hb acrylic in hank form.

Cabinet Construction

1. Cabinet completely made from stainless steel quality AISI 316 and has two compartments side by side.

2. Cabinet is designed to take up all types of (cotton - jute - acrylic - wool etc) of hank yarn and has arrangement for taking hank circumference from 54" to 56".

3. 2 large fully openable doors are provided on the front side of the cabinet allowing carrier to be easily inserted and closed water tight with heavy bolts and nuts.

4. Both doors are provided with large round viewing glass.

Liquor Circulation System

1. At the bottom a specially designed reversible impeller, positioned below the partition is provided to circulate the liquor in close circuit.

2. Propeller mounted on a stainless steel shaft, AISI 316 quality running in heavy-duty ball bearings housed outside the cabinet and provided with a proper sealing arrangement.

3. One propeller pump driven by a motor with 3 step pulleys for different propeller speeds.

Heating and Cooling

1. Stainless steel steam coils for direct as well as indirect heating are provided.

2. Indirect steam coil is provided with arrangement to use it as cooling coil also.

3. Maximum temperature will be boiling temperature of liquor but not exceeding 96°c – 97°c.

Internal Components

1. Perforated plate sieves are provided, one at the bottom just above heating pipe while the other is located at the top, in each compartment.

2. The top is connected to a small stainless steel tank meant to make the machine air free, and to allow expansion of liquor; simultaneously it acts as scum remover.

3. A large drain valve is provided at the bottom.

4. In case of carrier type machine, each compartment takes up one hank carrier, which can easily slide in the cabinet from the carrier trolley i.e. two carriers are supplied, one for right side and one for left side.

Chemical Feed and Sampling

1. A chemical feed tank is provided at the back.

2. At the bottom of feeding tank three pipe connections are provided: one for drain with drain valve, one for connection with injector pump, and one for taking liquor from cabinet also with valve.

3. One temperature indicator.

4. One specially designed sampling device to take samples for checking.

Carriers and Trolleys

1. Specially designed oval sticks for top and bottom, sufficient for 2 carriers or two sections, as the case may be.

2. Two ms transport trolleys with castor wheels to take hank carriers for easy movement of carriers in case of carrier model.

Additional Equipment (at extra cost)

1. One fully automatic control panel incorporating a micro-processor based control for the full automatic control of the machine.

2. Two stainless steel carriers with multiple slots at top and bottom for taking hank yarn stocks; slot position allow hanks 54" circumference (machine can also be equipped with slots for 72" with corresponding change in loading capacity and higher m:l ratios standard design in for 56" circumference).

3. One set of two hank carrier with sticks, with one set of transport trolleys (2 nos.) (additional sets for carrier model).

4. Alternatively set of oval sticks 108/128/96 pcs for two sides.

Packing and Logistics

1. The machine will be packed on pallet and loaded in 40’ and/or 20’ box type containers (to be provided by buyer).
