Preparation Manual
Take compound 1 and compound 2 and mix them. Then add compound 4 in the formulation. Keep ratios as following: [compound 4]/[compound 1]/[compound 2] = 1/1.125/0.375; thus [5CC]/([NH2] + [SH]) = 1
Leave the mixture at room temperature to allow aminolysis reaction to form urethane linkages
After a long time of more than 14 hours, add the catalyst that must be the 5-mole percent of the compound tricyclic carbonate. Keep it at room temperature for 2 minutes
Pour the formulation into a mold suitably silicon mold
Cure the mixture at 100 degrees celsius for 2 hours first, then for 30 minutes at 120 degrees celsius
Then after curing, heat the substance at 120 degrees celsius for another hour
Collect the polyurethane foam
