To run 20 harnesses, four additional jack levers must be added to the Dobby machine.
Intermediate rod and adjustment slider for the jack lever must be sourced from Staubli.
Right and left hand side angle levers, intermediate rod connecting the two angle levers, and push rods can be supplied by the seller.
No service is offered for installation of jack levers in the Dobby, but assistance is available for installation of under motion parts, angle levers, and push rods if required.
Specifications
Dobby has 20 harness capacity with 16 jacks mounted.
Weave requires 18 harnesses, plus two jacks for Kloeckner leno motions.
Condition
Machines are used and require additional parts to achieve full harness capacity.
Parts for conversion are not stocked by the seller and must be ordered from Staubli.
