Technical Specifications
The frame is welded from Q235A-16mm steel plate and qualitatively treated
The diameter of the hot roller is Φ600mm x 50mm (the roller body is made of 45# steel, quenched and tempered, hardness treatment, annealed, finished, and the surface of the intermediate frequency is coated with hard chrome)
The tolerance of the roller body is not greater than ±0.08mm, and the upper and lower rollers can adjust the error
Heating method: In heat transfer oil, marked Great Wall 320#
Heating power: 4kW x 12 pieces (120kW in total for the upper and lower rollers), each roller is individually temperature controlled, and the high copper carbon brush is controlled by thyristor. The temperature control is controlled by the digital display temperature controller, which can set the upper and lower temperature limits according to the customer's needs, and the thermometer is K-type, and the feedback signal is sent to the temperature controller to control the temperature of the heat transfer oil. The temperature error ± 2°
The main roller is equipped with a pedal forward and reverse rotation device to prevent accidental activating
The machine adjusts the roller gap by lifting with the worm gear and worm shaft
The discharge is equipped with 270mm x 20mm cold water rollers, 2 cold rollers, and the lower rollers have support adjustment rollers. Cylinder lifting, transmission motor 2.2kW supporting power: electric heating pipe 4kW x 24 = 96kW transmission motor: 4kW-6 frequency conversion speed regulation
