NovaStar, LC181, Laminating and Sheeting (Cross-Cutting) Machine, New, 2 Unwinds, 2 Rewinds, 2,540 mm (100 in) Sheet Length, Servo Belt Feeder (New)

Description

New laminating and sheeting (cross-cutting) machine, built to order. Two webs are unwound, laminated through a driven nip and fed by a servo belt feeder to a stop-and-cut cross-cut knife, producing sheets up to 2,540 mm (100 in) long; the release liners are rewound after lamination. Designed for stiff composite fabric such as carbon fiber prepreg laminates.

A. Main Parameters

  1. Sheet length: up to 2,540 mm (100 in), on a 2,700 mm servo belt feeder

  3. Overall height: 1,650 mm
  4. Roll diameter: 300 mm on the unwinds and rewinds
  5. Cutting: stop-and-cut; the line stops at the set length and the knife cuts
