  5. Cooling System
    1. Circulating water cooling design ensures every single sealing quality.
    2. Water circulation system: with water pump, 30 watts, about 40 liters per minute (see diagram).
    3. The key to continuous sealing is to maintain a constant sealing temperature; by circulating cooling water into the aluminum tube, the heat is taken away quickly so the temperature before each heating remains constant.
    4. It can also quickly cool and harden the sealing position of the tape and ensure the quality of the seal.
    5. When sealing, due to the bag fold problem, it is easy to cause air leakage; due to the water cooling system, we can use high heat to melt through the half-folded bag part and ensure that the bag will not be melted.
  6. Sealing and Peeling
    1. Since the bag will stick to the seal after heat sealing, the friction between the belt and the pillow is not enough to take the pillow away; the peeling plate can peel off the bag stuck to the seal, ensuring that the sealed pillow can be taken away in time every time.
    2. The heating wire will expand with heat and contract with cold during the process; when heated, the heating wire will elongate and the tension spring can tighten the heating wire at any time to keep it flat and ensure the sealing quality.
