Technical Process

Bale Opener with Weighing Scale (Quantity: 3)
Feeding conveyor equipped with supporting roller that can bear one bale of fibers.
Used to pre-open bale-packed fiber and transfer fiber to the next working procedure according to a certainty percentage, with electronic weighing system.
Working width: 1600mm.
Production capacity: ≤300kg/h/set (7D polyester of first grade).
Weighing system: electronic.
Control method: photoelectric.
Frame: Q235-B steel plates with 8mm thick, cut and welded by computer.
Spiked lattice: high quality PVC with canvas interlining and surrounded with angle steel for supporting.
Conveying lattice: two sub-section wooden lattices in high and low dislocation arrangement.
Diameter of fiber average roller and fiber stripping roller: 480mm including the height of the spikes, 3 rows in total.
Feeding controlled by photoelectric automatically; spike lattice controlled by separate inverter to control the feeding amount.
A row of supporting rollers to feed the whole bale of fiber at one time.
Larger hopper made from aluminum alloy, controlled by air cylinders; auto exhaust-driven hoppers; fiber dropping not affected by airflow; measures by accurately load cells.
Pre Opener with Long Conveyor (Quantity: 1)
Matches with 3 sets of bale opener with blowing fan and magnet device.
Suitable for opening and mixing fiber, transferred to next equipment by ducting system.
Working width: 1500mm.
Opening method: pin plates.
Diameter of opening roller: 600mm (including height of pin plate).
Frame: Q235-B steel plate, made and welded.
Feeding conveyor: PVC belt to match 3 sets of bale openers to provide fiber.
Feeding roller: Φ120mm steel groove roller with counter-press structure from up and down.
Opening roller: pin plates on wooden slats, dynamically balanced.
Transferring fan driven separately, furnished with full ducting system at Φ300mm; S-shape magnets included.
Feeding controlled by photoelectric sensor in the chamber blender, with reversing switch.
Oil Spraying Device (Quantity: 1)
Set up at the feeding conveyor exit to the fan.
Supplies one spraying nozzle, valves, water tank (2 pieces with each capacity 200 liters, installed nearby the pre-opener), and etc.
External ducting not included.
Large Mixing Blender (Quantity: 1)
Height: 2500mm; length: 8000mm.
Used to mix and store opened fiber in large volumes to achieve continuous automated production.
Working width: 2000mm.
Volume of fiber storage: 30m³.
Diameter of fiber average roller and fiber stripping rollers: 500mm (including the height of the spikes).
Machine frame: several steel plates welded, 6mm thickness Q235-B armor plate, joined by bolts.
Horizontal delivery lattice: anti-slipping leather lattice, strengthened by many layer rollers in the center; two sides equipped with wooden bars.
Spike lattice: high quality PVC with canvas interlining and surrounded with angle steel for supporting.
Diameter of fiber average roller and fiber stripping roller: 410mm including the height of the spikes, 3 rows in total.
Rotary separator ensures fiber is distributed in the blending chamber evenly.
Two photoelectric sensors control the feeding.
Entrance port located at the end of the bin allows for easy access of interior cleaning; safety switch furnished at the entrance.
Main Opener (Quantity: 1)
Suitable for opening and mixing fiber, transferred to next equipment by ducting system.

Metal Detector (Quantity: 1)
Distributes fiber from main opener to each collector cabinet in turn in a controlled manner.
Electronic metal detector set up on the duct pipe from the opener to the card feeder; detects metal particles in the flow of fiber and removes them automatically and correctly.
Impurities such as iron wires, screws, gaskets, steel buckles are easy to be mixed inside the fiber; when they come through the metal detector, the detection head senses them and sends a signal to the control system, then the actuator/diverter removes them.
Actuator/diverter made of trash-extraction and hopper; trash-extraction apparatus incorporates a pneumatic rolled plate valve, with fast reaction and small air pressure loss.
Vibration Feeder (Quantity: 1)
Suitable to mix and feed the opening fiber evenly into the carding machine.
Working width: 2250mm.
Production capacity: 1000kg/h.
Control method: photoelectric.
Machine frame: Q235-A steel plate and assembled in modules.
Spiked lattice: high quality PVC lattice, with thick canvas backing and angle steel supporting.
