This machine incorporates microcomputer PLC, touch screen control, for simple operation and high automation.
Using wear-resistant alloy steel coating head, coating control accuracy and service life are greatly improved.
The overall type coating adjustment bracket is included, and the repeat positioning accuracy will be precise.
Automatically tracks and displays and stores the amount of glue, making the operation and use convenient and fast.
The first unwinding is equipped with a web guiding device, and a high-performance infrared sensor and electric controller to ensure the evenness of the material roll.
The heating temperatures are all centrally controlled by PLC.
The amount of hot melt supplied by the metering pump depends in the coating width to be input by the worker, and the amount of hot melt supplied will be automatically calculated and fed.

Coating stand: it is made of high-temperature resistant alloy material and is subject to special heat treatment to prevent deformation. The coating stand is heated by electric heating. The coating stand adjusting bracket incorporates an integral transition structure, which is welded and processed from profiles and steel plates, the main body is rigid.
