Overview
Semi-automatic slitter rewinder for production of large diameter range of non-woven rolls – special design, producing coreless rolls and rolls on cardboard core.

Material – nonwoven 18 to 100 G.S.M.
Slitting system includes 12 slitters, pneumatically operated (shear cutting -"Negri Lame"–Italy).
(*) Slitters are positioned under the rewinding station.
Core guiding system - preventing conic edges on the finished rolls.
Perforation system – offered as optional system.
Turning banana roller is installed for improved spreading after slitting, prior to rewinding.
Finishing station with transversal cutting and by HSS blade (for non-woven) and turning.
Side way pusher for removing products out of machine. (for small-medium size rolls).
PLC controller including sheet counter, touch screen for parameter setting.
Electric consumption 9 kW 480 V x 3.
Air pressure 1/4” hose supply 6 bar.
Safety: Machine is fully guarded in compliance to the CE safety standards.
Included
Machine will be supplied with 2 standard mechanical mandrels for rewinding.
Operating with air expanding shaft is optional and will be quoted later if required.
