1. OBJECT OF SUPPLY
CRUSHING MACHINES MODEL “CONTICRASH 350 E” FOR THE CRUSHING OF FABRICS UP TILL 3500mm WORKING WIDTH. IT’S PARTICULARLY SUITABLE FOR WOVEN FABRICS WITH WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED A PRODUCTION OF ABOUT 800/ 1000 MTS/H.
THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH AN UNWINDER, CONSISTING OF TWO ROLLERS FOR THE ADVANCING OF THE FABRIC AT VARIABLE SPEED AND A CONVEYOR SLIDE FOR ITS ENTERING IN THE MACHINE. THE ENTERING OF THE FABRIC IS FACILITATED BY A PARTICULARLY STRONG SYSTEM WHILE AT THE EXIT THE ALREADY CRUSHED FABRIC DROPS ON A CONVEYOR BELT, THAT GUIDES IT THROUGH A COOLING AREA WITH 6 COOLING FANS.
THE PART OF THE MACHINE WHERE THE CRUSHING AND ITS RELATIVE THERMOFIXING IS EFFECTED, IS ENTIRELY MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304 AS ALSO THE BOLTING. THE THERMO FIXING CHAMBER IS COVERED WITH TEFLON. THE ADVANCING OF THE FABRIC THROUGH THE THERMOFIXING CHAMBER TAKES PLACE WITH A ROTATIONAL MOVEMENT AT DESMODROMIC CONTROL.
THE CRUSHING EFFECT CAN BE MORE OR LESS STRESSED, BY MEANS OF A PNEUMATICAL DEVICE, INSTALLED AT THE END OF THE THERMOFIXING CHAMBER. TO OBTAIN A GOOD FUNCTIONING OF THE MACHINE, A 3 / 4 BAR PRESSURE STEAM IS REQUIRED AND THE PLANT IS PROVIDED WITH AN EVACUATOR OF THE CONDENSED STEAM THROUGH 2 AUTOMATICAL UNLOADERS.
IN THIS VERSION THE PISTON IS DRIVEN BY A 1.8 KW. ELECTRIC MOTOR AT VARIABLE SPEED WITH POTENTIOMETER. THE ELECTRIC PANEL, INDIPENDENT BUT INTEGRATED TO THE MACHINE, ENCLOSES ALL THE ELECTROMECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS AND GROUPS ALL THE MAIN MACHINE FUNCTIONS.
