GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1 "ELECTRICAL OPERATION REGULATIONS" IS ONE OF THE PROCEDURES THAT ALL ELECTRICAL OPERATORS MUST ABIDE BY AND STRICTLY IMPLEMENT DURING OPERATION. IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONS OF THIS REGULATION AND THE HIGHER-LEVEL REGULATIONS, THE HIGHER-LEVEL REGULATIONS SHALL PREVAIL. THE DUTY CHIEF HAS THE RIGHT TO DECIDE THE OPERATION MODE OF THE POWER SYSTEM OF THE FACTORY ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS, AND THE GENERATOR SET AND THE AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT THAT AFFECT ITS OUTPUT MUST BE EXECUTED ACCORDING TO THE COMMAND OF THE CHIEF DUTY OFFICER. 2.2 IN THE OPERATION OF ELECTRICITY, MACHINE, FURNACE, CHEMICAL AND FUEL, IF THE OUTPUT OF THE UNIT IS AFFECTED OR THERE IS CONTACT WITH THE CHIEF, THE "NOTIFICATION WORK" SHOULD BE DONE IN TIME. 2.3 UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE DUTY CHIEF ACCEPTS DISPATCHING ORDERS AND REPORTS TO THE DISPATCHER. THE ELECTRICAL OPERATION MODE SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES: 3.1 THE POWER SUPPLY OF IMPORTANT COMMUNICATION LINES SHOULD BE RELIABLE. 3.2 IT SHOULD BE ENSURED THAT THE GENERATOR SET IS IN NORMAL OPERATION AND THE PLANT POWER IS SAFE AND RELIABLE. IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, THE SCOPE OF ITS INFLUENCE IS THE MINIMUM. 3.3 WHEN ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY, THE BREAKING CAPACITY OF THE SWITCH SHOULD BE GREATER THAN THE SHORT CIRCUIT SUPPLIED BY THE SYSTEM IN THE MAXIMUM OPERATING MODE CAPACITY. 3.4 THE RELAY PROTECTION DEVICE SHOULD HAVE SUFFICIENT SENSITIVITY AND CORRECT SELECTIVITY. 3.5 IT CAN MEET THE STATIC STABILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SYSTEM. 3.6 THE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THERMAL SYSTEM OPERATION ON PLANT POWER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED. 3.8 THE OPERATION MODE HAS CERTAIN FLEXIBILITY WHEN CHANGING AND SHOULD BE AS FAR AS POSSIBLE OPERATION. 3.9 IT CAN MAKE THE GENERATOR HAVE THE GREATEST ECONOMY DURING NORMAL OPERATION. 3.10 TRY TO AVOID LIMITING OUTPUT DUE TO EQUIPMENT OVERLOAD DURING OPERATION. 3.11 IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THE STAFF ON DUTY TO GRASP AND REMEMBER. 3.12 AFTER THE NORMAL OPERATION MODE IS DESTROYED, IT CAN STILL MAINTAIN OPERATION IN AN ABNORMAL MODE. 4. THE VOLTAGE PASS RATE IS ABOVE 95%. 4.5 REGULARLY MONITOR THE 110KV, 10KV BUS VOLTAGE AND GENERATOR OUTLET VOLTAGE. IF THE VOLTAGE VALUE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED, THE GENERATOR EXCITATION (REACTIVE POWER) CAN BE ADJUSTED, BUT ATTENTION SHOULD BE PAID TO THE POWER FACTOR AND NOT TO OVERLOAD THE UNIT. 5. GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF ACCIDENT HANDLING: 5.1 LIMIT THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ACCIDENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, ELIMINATE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT, ISOLATE THE FAULT POINT IN TIME, AND RELIEVE THE PERSONAL AND EQUIPMENT HAZARDS, AND REPORT TO THE DISPATCHER IN TIME. 5.2 FIRST OF ALL, TRY TO ENSURE THE FACTORY POWER SUPPLY, AND IF NECESSARY, TRY TO INCREASE THE LOAD ON THE EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT DIRECTLY DAMAGED BY THE ACCIDENT. 5.3 AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, ENSURE THE CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND THE NORMAL POWER SUPPLY TO THE SYSTEM. 5.4 RESTORE POWER TO THE CUT-OFF CONNECTION LINES AND EQUIPMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 5.5 IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT, CAREFULLY OBSERVE THE CHANGES IN PARAMETERS AND SIGNAL INDICATIONS, AND RECORD THE DETAILS OF EACH OPERATION. IMPLEMENT VARIOUS PHENOMENA OF TIME AND ACCIDENTS. 5.6 FOR THE EQUIPMENT BELONGING TO DISPATCH MANAGEMENT, WHEN DEALING WITH ACCIDENTS, IT SHOULD GENERALLY FOLLOW THE DISPATCH COMMAND. 5.7 ADJUST THE WAY THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM OPERATES TO BRING IT BACK TO NORMAL.
