THE GAS TURBINE PACKAGE HAS BEEN IN OPERATION FOR A CUMULATIVE DURATION OF 5000 HOURS, INCLUDING TESTING AND COMMISSIONING DURING ITS INITIAL INSTALLATION. PRESENTLY, IT IS DEPLOYED IN -, WHERE IT WAS ALREADY ASSEMBLED AND IS OF THE 2017 MODEL.
GAS TURBINE GENERATOR PACKAGE, COMPRISING:
- DRIVEN UNIT, GENERATOR
THE DRIVEN UNIT FEATURES AN AC GENERATOR WITH SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDING 11 KV, 3-PHASE, 50Hz, 4-POLE CONFIGURATION, AND A POWER FACTOR OF 0.8.
CONSTRUCTED WITH A SALIENT-POLE DESIGN, IT EMPLOYS BRUSHLESS EXCITATION AND INCORPORATES A PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATOR (PMG) FOR THE AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR (AVR) POWER SUPPLY.
EQUIPPED WITH FILTER VENTILATION AND CLASS 'F' INSULATION, IT ENSURES A TOTAL TEMPERATURE RISE WITHIN CLASS 'F' STANDARDS.
ADDITIONALLY, THE GENERATOR INCLUDES INSTRUMENTATION FOR MONITORING BEARING TEMPERATURE AND FEATURES LUBRICATING OIL PIPING CONNECTING THE GAS TURBINE TO THE DRIVEN UNIT.
THE PMG IS SITUATED ON THE EXCITER BASE BETWEEN THE EXCITER AND THE NON-DRIVE END (NDE) BEARING, ENHANCING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY.
TO MAINTAIN SYSTEM STABILITY, A NEUTRAL EARTHING RESISTOR (NER) IS INSTALLED ON THE SKID FRAME.
